3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
- Email us at lokkalasanskriti@gmail.com within 30 days
- Include order number and reason for return
- Attach photos if item is damaged or defective
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
Step 2: Package Item
- Pack item securely in original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Use protective materials to prevent damage
- Include return authorization number (provided by us)
Step 3: Ship Item
- Ship to the address provided in return instructions
- Use trackable shipping method
- Customer pays return shipping (unless our error)
- We recommend insurance for valuable items
4. Refund Process
Inspection & Processing
- Items are inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt
- You'll receive email confirmation of inspection results
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to original payment method
Refund Timeline
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- UPI/Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days

5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Items returned with minor damage not caused during shipping
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned after 30 days but within 60 days
- Items showing signs of use beyond normal inspection
- Return shipping costs (deducted from refund)
6. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong items delivered
- Size exchanges (if available)
For other exchanges, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange free return shipping
- Full refund or replacement will be provided
- No questions asked for genuine damage/defects
8. Custom Commission Cancellations
Before Work Begins
- Full refund available within 24 hours of order
- No cancellation fee applied
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
After Work Begins
- Cancellation fee of 25% of order value
- Partial refund for work not completed
- Artist compensation for time invested
After Completion
- No refunds for completed custom work
- Customer receives full ownership
- Modifications may be possible (additional cost)
